Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unopened – products that have been opened, tested, or used cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Be in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging, seals, and tags intact.

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and full instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠️ Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used beauty and personal care products.

  • Sale items and gift cards.

  • Custom or personalized products.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item (if eligible) and place a new order after the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply: the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
